“The layout of this residence is thoughtfully designed, making excellent use of the available space and ensuring pleasant shaded areas. Its location proved highly convenient for a recent tennis tournament, and the well-equipped kitchen simplified meal preparation. While an elevator would have been a welcome addition for those with mobility challenges, the overall modern feel and thoughtful amenities contributed to a very positive impression.”
